Ross is a full-time college baseball coach at Truett McConnell University. He is happily married to his wife Mendy and has two children (Deacon and Melany). Ross holds a Bachelors degree in Business and a Masters degree in Theology from TMU.
Prior to joining the staff at Mt Yonah, Ross served in various student ministry roles in churches in Northeast Georgia. As a pastor, Ross' desire is to see the church grow in spiritual maturity and the next generation reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In his spare time, you can find him spending time with family, coaching, playing sports, reading, exercising, and hunting.
Kathy has served in music ministry for over 35 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in piano performance from Tift College and a Master of Church Music from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, Kentucky. She also completed further graduate study in music theory and accompanying at Westminster Choir College, Princeton, New Jersey.
She has served on the music faculty at Truett McConnell University, Brewton Parker College and University of North Georgia.
Kathy’s true heart is in the music ministry of the local church. Through discovering, nurturing and developing our talents, we can worship, praise and glorify our Lord in a deeper, more meaningful way. As this becomes a part of our everyday lives, we will reach our family, friends and the community with the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Kathy and her husband, Jim, have been happily married for 27 years. Twenty of those years have been spent in Cleveland, GA, and the beautiful North Georgia mountains they call home.
Sharon joined our staff in 2007. She and her husband Ed & their son Jeremy live in Clarkesville, GA. Sharon & Ed are members of Chattahoochee Baptist Church in Cleveland, GA. Sharon takes care of our office, church publications, correspondence, financial records and many other tasks to assist our church to be effective and efficient in the way we operate.
